World Forum is looking for a HR Trainee to join the team

How your future working day could look like:

As Human Resources trainee you are an important asset of the HR department. Together with the HR manager, you will take care of all that is important towards the employees of World Forum and you will learn and develop several skills that you might need to grow as a profesisonal Human Resources Specialist. Think for example about taking care of job interviews, training and development, you might learn all about sickness policies and you will be around all employees to build that connection. In this internship you are free to let us know on what topics you would like to learn and improve!

World Forum The Hague is a venue with endless possibilities and over 50 years of experience in organising events. It is located exactlybetween city and beach and in the middle of The Hague’s International zone. Since 2019, World Forum has been part of GL events, a French company that operates more than 50 event venues worldwide.

The job:

The internship is part of the HR team. This department at World excists our of a fixt team that is responsbile for all that has to do with the employees of Worlf Forum.

It concerns a full-time internship that includes the following activities;

  • You are the point of contact for employees
  • You are fully involved in the recruitment process. This means that you are involved in drawing up contracts but also receiving the employees on their first working day.
  • You are responsible for the internal communication regarding employees.
  • You contribute to the training and development of employees
  • You get your own responsibilities within certain projects
