We strive to make World Forum The Hague an accessible and pleasant place for everyone. Here you can read all about our facilities for visitors with a disability.
All entrances, halls and foyers are wheelchair accessible. Mobility scooters are welcome, although wheelchair spaces in the large hall (King Willem-Alexander Hall) are less suitable for this. There are 12 wheelchair spaces with room for an attendant next to you. Want to reserve a wheelchair? You can do so easily via the Front Office.
Assistance dogs with recognizable blankets are very welcome. We are happy to provide a bowl of water for them.
• Accessible parking spaces: Free parking available with a disabled card at Churchillplein and in Parking Garage A (level -1).
• Kiss & Ride: Visitors can be dropped off at the taxi stand.
• Public transport: Tram stop 'World Forum' (line 1) is 400 metres away and is fully accessible. For up-to-date travel information, visit 9292.nl.
There are two accessible toilet groups: at the entrance and on the first floor next to the King Willem-Alexander Hall. Our floor plans show you exactly where they are, including the elevators that take you to the right floor.
Our entrance is centrally located. During events, you will be warmly welcomed. Our Front Office is located 50 meters straight ahead from the entrance and our colleague will be happy to help you. Here you can also pick up a free exit ticket upon presentation of your disabled card. The cloakroom is usually located in Lobby 2, directly to the right of the entrance at a distance of 25 meters.
You can store your bicycle in our accessible bicycle shed, suitable for various types of bicycles.
In the event of an emergency, our Safety & Security team will ensure a safe and smooth evacuation, with special attention to visitors who require additional support.
